Anthony Yarde with just 18 pro fights took on the WBO champion and pushed him all the way almost stopping the champ in the 8th round.
Kovalevs superior experience and boxing skills eventually saw him drop and stop the Young Lion in the 11th round.
Yarde has proved he has heart a good chin and belongs at the top level, a very tired Yarde gave it everything and went out on his shield

Ring walks about to start ‘lions in the camp’

My money is on Kovalev. Early rounds are Yarde's best chance especially as Kovalev is a slow starter and Yarde is on the other hand more explosive short term and in bursts. If it goes past the early rounds I think Kovalev round 8-12. Obviously I hope Yarde does it, it's a great time as Kovalev is on the decline but as Cleverly puts it "Kovalev is a different breed". Certain things you can only see when you get in there with them, the krusher has ungodly strength (plus experience as an Amateur which is key)
