Fitness workouts using basic non-contact boxing techniques and training.
A Box Fit session designed for the mature and those who are looking to get you back into shape, or help you to maintain that level of fitness that you’ve worked hard to achieve.
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time and that you bring your own gloves if you have them.
Minimum age is 18.
All participants MUST complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) BEFORE commencing training. You can download this from here
