Fitness workouts using basic non-contact boxing techniques and training.
Suitable for teenage and adult boxing beginners (sessions provide an introduction to boxing training/coaching) and for those seeking to get, or keep fit.
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time and that you bring your own gloves if you have them.
IMPORTANT: All participants MUST complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) BEFORE commencing training. You can download this from here
